Why do I need to verify my email?
Email verification helps us confirm your account and protect the integrity of the Bridera member experience. Private membership details and benefits become available after verification.
What is the $99 membership fee?
The $99 membership enrolls you in the Bridera matchmaking pool for one year. It renews automatically at $99 every year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page, and your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. The fee is non-refundable.
Does the membership fee include matchmaking introductions?
No. The annual membership and concierge matchmaking services are separate. Members choose and purchase a concierge package when they are ready for curated introductions.
What is included in the Essential package?
Essential includes 2 curated matches, identity verification, a background check, and 1 complimentary consultation.
What is included in Premium?
Premium includes 5 curated matches, identity verification, education and certification verification, and 3 complimentary consultations.
What is included in Elite?
Elite includes 7 curated matches, identity verification, unlimited consultations, profile enhancements, and personalized concierge support.
Can I purchase additional services?
Yes. Active members can purchase available à la carte services, such as profile enhancements and consultations.
Does Bridera guarantee that I will find a partner?
No matchmaking service can guarantee a relationship or marriage. Bridera's role is to create thoughtful opportunities for compatible people to meet and connect. Members should always exercise their own judgment when developing relationships.
